Hello and welcome!

It almost ends of February. That means we all here for final semester almost 2 month. And also almost 2 month at KEDAH state. Since I’m the only Diploma student in my class who from Kedah, to all my friend it is not to late to saying out loud “Welcome to KEDAH!, the rice bowl of Malaysia!”…hahhaha…dah 2 bulan baru nak cakap kan?!

Well, from my point of view I found my friend said Kedah state is so boring. Some of them said there not having big shopping mall, Jitra is so hot (weather)…and so many comment…
Well, for me Kedah is not so boring for those who have a vehicle. Using a vehicle also we can go “ronda-ronda” around Jitra or 30 minutes to Alor Setar and 30 minutes to Kangar also.

Theres so many nice view to see here at Kedah! Kedah is also known as “Ricebowl of Malaysia” since they have paddy plains a lot! Here at Kedah also lays claim to Bujang Valley, once the cradle of ancient civilization and offers a captivating variety of natural attractions such as the famous island getaway of Langkawi, Pulau Payar Marine Park and Lake Pedu.

Explorer to Alor Setar, the capital city, and visit its historic mosque, buzzing market and stately museums. A microcosm of its multiracial populace, it is blessed with diverse cultures which are evident in its traditions, architectureand lifestyle of its people. Travellers to state can select their accommodation from among various well-appointed hotels, five star resorts and budget inns located in the city, towns and islands.
That’s all for now. Im happy as Im a Kedah people. For the next post will be places of interest at Kedah. See you around!!

DISCIPLINE STARTS AT HOME

Photobucket

Hello!

For the new followers, I said welcome to my blog. For this post I will included an essay for the transition assignment. Actually, I wrote this in 2003 just for fun. I wrote with my friends at primary school to submit to school magazine. I change a little bit so that I can add a suitable transition words (I think!)
Here are the essays!

DISCIPLINE STARTS AT HOME

Most of us start our live at homes. For the first twelve years, children live with their parents. In fact, most of us stay at home with our family until we have our own career and family. Therefore, children get their informal education such as “what to do” and “what not to do” from their loving family. This informal is very important in shaping a child. A child who lives in a good surrounding with good, caring parents and happy family will learn the positive attitudes in lives. As a result, the child will have a strong character and manage to choose whatever is good for him.

A survey in early education in USA shows that at the age of 0-6 years old, the children are actually absorb about 90% from their environment, either its good or bad. In other words, parent plays an important role in influencing the children attitude. In the same way, children would not get involve in negative activities outside their home if they have been fully guided and rightfully brought up by their family. This is reflected in their physical health as well as their ability to function well socially and academically.

Besides, a meaningful saying goes “if you wish to see the rainbow you have to put up the rain”. Again, parents are the person who will be benefits of their children success should have more time and opportunity to be with their children, especially during the holiday. For example, thinking parents will gives all out to ensure their children get the best from them. Even though they are busy, they still can plan to spend quality time with their children whenever possible.

Truly, good values take a long time to develop and the best people to convey them are the parents by practicing good examples, showing them what to do and how to act. They should let their children know that the parents expect of their children by giving them clear and firm instruction. They should also give ample warnings of what might happen if the rules are broken. For this reason, the parents should start doing this from the early age as at the age of 5-6 years old, as the children are actually ready to accept and understand instruction.

In addition, we can conclude that home is the best place for their children to learn about discipline especially self-discipline. The good homes values instilled by their parents since they were babies will guide them where ever they go and whatever they do in their lives. In conclusion it is no doubt that is up to their parents to instill good homes values in their children for them to face a more challenging life ahead.

P/s: Please comment my essay!...I mean the word I used and so on….

Hello,
First thing first, I would like to sorry because I dint update my blog for a long time. Not that because im busy. Besides that is not a good reason to escape. That is because I found the main problem is I don’t know what to write. I try to find the idea since all my friend keep updating their blog. I feel so ashamed to my English lecturer, Miss Amille and also my friends. And then I start review most of the blog written by the classmates. I think of myself, where they get so many idea to write such a thing in their blog. In fact, some of them are really a good blogger.
Finally, I find that keyword of all this is they keep trying to create, to write for their blog and I should be one of them. In the second class, Miss Amilee gives the idea what to write for the post. She said that we can write about what we’ve learn in the class every week in English class. For example, for the first class, we’ve learn about reading skills. But, guest what! I still dint update my blog. I feel ashamed if I use a broken English. Trust me, Im not so influence in English although I used almost 50% English words for my everyday’s life. So show off haaa!...suka ati aku la…
The result is, no matter what, I have to write something in my blog so that I can prove that by using a blog, people can really practicing use a good word and enhances their written skills especially when they write in English. This also a good way to practicing an English word and maybe find some idea from reading other people blog.
I guessed that'S all for now, see you in the next post!

p/s : I really need a comment from the expert.
